THE HISTORY OF DEPLAST GOES BACK NEARLY 30 YEARS.
Our company has a history of almost 30 years. Since the 1980s, it has expanded its activities into many areas of plastics processing, such as: extrusion, vacuum suction, bottle blowing and injection moulding. Since the 1990s, market needs have defined our main profile, which has become injection moulding.
We have specialised in injection moulding.
Technical products account for 60% of production and food components and household plastic products for 20-20%. Our own machinery can handle clamping forces from 35 tonnes to 220 tonnes, and weights from 0.5g to 330g. Thanks to a strong network of contacts built up over the years, we offer a complex service from design to implementation.

Our aim is to strengthen our market position as a supplier to the food industry and to enter the automotive sector with our products. We believe it is important to maintain our huge market advantage of being a relatively small company with considerable manufacturing experience, while constantly modernising, so that we can continue to respond to customer needs with precision, speed and efficiency.

Manufacturing
We produce 5 days a week in 2 shifts with a staff of 11. By automating our production we have managed to keep the headcount unchanged for years, while our revenue shows a continuous increase thanks to the significant efficiency gains, which have developed as follows over the past 5 years
