Production is constantly evolvingwith our fleet of machines
Which can be used from 35 tonnes clamping force up to 200 tonnes clamping force or from 0.5 g to 330 g. Our products are made of technical plastic materials (ABS, ASA, GB 30, GF 30, PA 6, POM, TPV, TPE, TPU). We are currently a regular supplier to several large companies.
The average life of our production equipment is 10 years, we have 11 injection moulding machines ( Fanuc, Arburg, Demag , Battenfeld ) , these are available to our customers up to 35T - 220T clamping force and 0,5g - 330g shot weight.
Peripherals: 7 Sepro linear robots, pickers, conveyors, grinders, granulate dryers, heating controls, dye dispensers, suction units, closed cooling system with 3 liquid coolers, screw compressor.
